Your Cycle Tracker: Virgo →Libra

You have your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each colour you fill in, each word you add in the margin, is a breadcrumb back to your own rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is already living in you. The tracker only makes it visible.

How to Use It

Print it or save it where you will see it daily. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon. Spend two minutes a day noticing what your body is doing and what your mood is doing, then mark your square — Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh — and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months the tracker begins to show you a pattern. When your energy leans social and creative. When it leans toward quiet. The way your feeling moves in rhythm with the Moon. Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this is the tool that lets you read it.

This Week’s Body Compass

Week of September 13–20, 2026

Libra → Scorpio → Sagittarius → Capricorn

New Moon → Waxing Crescent → First Quarter

The Moon is filling again. She was dark on Friday, and this week the light comes back a little at a time.

We may notice our appetite coming back, or sleep all wonky, or a soreness low in the hips and the belly that was not there last week. It is easy to go looking for what we did wrong. Usually there is nothing to find.

She rides low in the sky through the first days, in Libra and then Scorpio, shining on our hips and our pelvis. Thursday she rides closest to the horizon. After that she begins to climb, and by Saturday she is up in the constellation Capricorn, shining on our bones.

Friday night she is half full, half lit and half dark. That halfway point is usually where the week gets harder — whatever started to move runs into whatever is in the way.

Each day below names two ways it might feel, because the same Moon does different things in different bodies. Take whichever one is true for you.

Sunday, September 13 — Libra Moon

Libra shines on our hips, our kidneys, our bladder. Our kidneys hold our life force, and they run low first when we have been living on vigilance.

Some of us may feel easy in the hips today, socially warm, settled. Others may feel a lower back ache and a tiredness that sleep has not been touching. That is Libra, and there is still almost no light on the Moon — this cycle is only two days old.

Body Compass

Hips: tight, opening, or holding something

Kidneys: warm, cold, or tired past what sleep reaches

Lower back: aching, steady, or asking for heat

Heat on your lower back, and more water than you think you need.

Monday, September 14 — Libra into Scorpio at 8:43 am · Waxing Crescent from 10:01 pm

Scorpio shines on our pelvis. This region of our body holds frozen survival energy, and at the same time it is the doorway to our ancestors and to the creative force itself.

Some of us may flow through today with unusual ease. Others may feel bloated, heavy, uncomfortable in a way that has no obvious cause. That is the Moon on your pelvis, and it moves when she does.

Late tonight the waxing crescent begins, and the first stirring of the new cycle starts underneath all of it.

Body Compass

Pelvis: heavy, opening, or braced

Low belly: held, warm, or churning

Everything at once: pulled downward, or unusually still

Warmth on your low belly, and rest without an agenda.

Tuesday, September 15 — Scorpio Moon, Waxing Crescent

Scorpio shines on our pelvis again, and now there is a thread of light returning.

Some of us may feel it low in the belly and the pelvis — sore, full, or churning, with a restlessness that has nowhere to go. Others may notice appetite coming back, or sleep all wonky, or interest in something returning. None of it has a direction yet, and none of it needs one.

Body Compass

Pelvis: softening, guarding, or awake

Low belly: warm, tight, or quietly moving

Energy: returning, scattered, or still low

Whatever is stirring can stir. It does not need a name today.

Wednesday, September 16 — Scorpio into Sagittarius at 6:40 pm

Scorpio holds through the day, and in the evening Sagittarius shines on our thighs, our sacrum, the veins that carry everything back up.

Some of us may feel the day open as she crosses. Others may feel it in the sacrum first, aching or compressed or sore low in the back, because forward movement with nowhere to go lands there.

Body Compass

Sacrum: aching, steady, or loosening

Thighs: strong, tired, or restless

Legs: wanting to walk, or wanting to stop

Walk, if you can. Even a short one.

Thursday, September 17 — Sagittarius Moon

Today the Moon rides closest to the horizon, and from here she begins to climb again. Sagittarius shines on our thighs and our sacrum, the bone at the base of the spine.

Some of us may feel the turn as expansiveness, with truth arriving easily and speaking itself. Others may get a sciatic flare, or an ache down the back of the leg, or a restlessness that will not settle. Same turn, different bodies.

Body Compass

Sacrum: heavy, releasing, or humming

Thighs: aching, capable, or wanting to move

Direction: clear, or still forming

Legs up the wall for ten minutes tonight.

Friday, September 18 — Sagittarius Moon · First Quarter at 10:43 pm

Half light and half dark by tonight. This is the point where whatever started moving two weeks ago meets whatever is in the way of it.

Some of us may find that clarifying. Others may feel irritable, tight through the jaw and shoulders, pushing on something that will not budge. Both are true readings of the same night, and neither means anything has gone wrong.

Body Compass

Thighs and sacrum: gripping, or carrying

Jaw and shoulders: braced, or loosening

Whole system: pushing, or steady against the push

Name what is pushing back, without deciding yet what to do about it.

Saturday, September 19 — Sagittarius into Capricorn at 6:54 am

From early this morning Capricorn shines on our knees, our bones, our joints and skin. Bone is the slowest part of us to change, and it holds what we have actually built.

Some of us may feel steady today, patient, able to do long unglamorous work. Others may feel stiff, achy in the joints, with dry skin and legs that feel heavy.

Body Compass

Knees: stiff, strong, or asking for care

Bones: heavy, steady, or seeking ground

Skin: dry, sensitive, or wanting contact

Oil your skin. Move your joints slowly, without asking anything of them.

Sunday, September 20 — Capricorn Moon

Capricorn still, and the Equinox is two days out now. The light and the dark are almost level, and the year is coming to the deepest part of its long inhale.

Some of us may feel steady in the bones today, quietly capable. Others may feel it as stiffness in the knees and the hips, or a tiredness that sits in the joints rather than in the muscles. Capricorn is a good day to notice what is already solid, instead of what we meant to do.

Body Compass

Bones: settled, aching, or quietly holding

Joints: opening, or still braced

Breath: deepening as the week closes

What is already built that you have not given yourself credit for?

How to Work with the Rhythm

Early week, keep the pelvis warm and ask nothing much of yourself. Midweek, walk when you can, because the sacrum does better with movement than with stillness. Friday brings friction, so expect it and name it rather than working around it. Through the weekend, the bones come forward, and this is a good stretch for slow joint movement and for oiling your skin.

Waxing weeks build. Noticing where that lands in your body is how the whole cycle becomes visible over time.
