Rewild Yourself
Reclaim Your Energy, Healing, and Destiny
A self-paced sacred container for spiritually sensitive people to rewild their nervous system, root into seasonal wisdom, and build the embodied capacity to heal, create, and belong.
You were never the problem.
You've tried the supplements, the breathwork, the retreats, the healers, the modalities. They help for a while. Then you crash, and find yourself back in the same exhaustion, wondering what you're missing.
Your body is wise and your exhaustion is real. You've been told that healing means holding the right frequency, clearing the right blocks, doing enough of the right work until you finally arrive somewhere easier.
The truth is older and simpler. You need Ground – the stability healing needs in order to take root. Without it, even a profound shift eventually re-freezes and fades.
And here's the part almost no one names: Ground isn’t achieved by walking barefoot outside or visualizing roots from your feet. It isn't something you generate by trying harder or managing yourself more carefully.
You were built for the Edge.
The place you've been living, the quality of your perception, the way you feel what others miss, carry what others can't name, move between registers of reality that most people never open to – this sensitivity isn’t a wound. It's a lineage.
You are a Thresholder. Someone who lives at the edge between worlds, wired for depth in a culture that rewards surface. The discomfort you've been carrying belongs to the threshold itself — to standing at a place of genuine change — not to something broken in you.
I see you, Thresholder. This path was built for exactly where you're standing.
"I was doing all kinds of things in the name of healing, all the while my nervous system has been shaky and ungrounded. Nothing I was doing could take root and grow – it was like putting things into a bucket with a giant hole in the bottom. I had no idea it was Ground that I really needed.”
— Kim D.
Built for Where You Stand — and Built to Hold
Look back at everything you've tried, and you'll notice they had one thing in common: they all assumed you already had ground to build on.
You didn't. Not because of anything you skipped, but because no one is born with it and no one teaches it. So you were doing work on a foundation that was never laid. It moved something real every time, and then had nowhere to land.
That missing footing is what we call Ground, built through relationship: with your own body, with the land you actually stand on, with the ancestors whose blood you carry.
Some of that ground is outer — your place, your community, the world around you — and it matters, but it can be lost. The deepest and most reliable ground is the kind you build inside yourself, so that you stay steady even when everything outside you shifts. That inner ground is what the rest of this work is built on, and it's what makes healing finally stay.
Rewild Yourself is how you build that ground back. Slowly, seasonally, in a way the body can actually receive and keep. Not a breakthrough that fades by next week. It’s capacity that stays, because for the first time it has something to hold onto.
“I keep getting more curious about why this work is landing differently in my body after decades of similar work. I have to do this alone has been my basic tenet, and it is no longer. Trauma and negative experiences are gently unraveling through consistent allowing, accepting, and appreciating the essence of who I am and who I have always been... who hadn't been lovingly recognized before. There is a growing sense of autonomy and peace gently arriving.”
- Virginia L.
I've walked with spiritually attuned people for thirty years — many of whom had already tried everything. What I kept seeing was healing that would open something real, and then collapse. The energy would move, the insight would land, and then two weeks later, the exhaustion was back. The patterns were back.
That kept happening until I understood why.
Healing needs Ground to hold it.
The kind built out of relationship, over time, with things larger and older than you. This culture severs those relationships early and thoroughly, and without them even the most powerful healing has nowhere to root.
Rewild Yourself is how you build that Ground back. Slowly, seasonally, in a way the body can actually receive.
Rewild Yourself is how capacity actually builds
It is the internal ground that makes healing last, energy flow, and creative life become possible again.
Healing moves in a spiral, not a straight line. Each turn of the cycle brings you back to what you've already walked — but deeper, with more of yourself intact. This is what we need to build capacity. Not through breakthrough moments that fade, but through the slow, unglamorous, essential work of returning to ground again and again until the body learns it is safe enough to thaw.
What you build here are lifelong skills — for spiritual and creative navigation, for moving through the world as someone spiritually attuned in a culture that has never known what to do with that. You learn to unlock what has been frozen , to tend what has been neglected, to connect with the ancestral and seasonal supports that have been waiting for your remembrance.
This is the foundation.
This course is for you if you…
Are the one people find their way to for clarity, yet can't seem to give yourself what you give everyone else
Feel the weight of exhaustion that no amount of rest seems to touch
Have been doing the work for years and still find yourself crashing back to the same place
Practice your gifts quietly, privately, in a smaller way than what you are actually capable of
Are spiritually attuned and have never quite found a container that honors the full complexity of that
Are wary of quick fixes, big promises, and spirituality that performs more than it delivers
Feel the pull of your soul's work but do not yet have what it takes to answer it
Are drawn to healing rooted in ancestral lineage and seasonal wisdom, offered in a way that honors ancestry without appropriating it
Understand that your healing is not separate from the healing of the world

Words from Participants
“I've been on my healing journey for over 20 years. I have a history of abuse, trauma, and lots of generational baggage. At first, I didn't understand how potent my work with Ro was. As I began doing the daily exercises in Rewild Yourself, I’ve noticed I feel more content in my being, have more peace, and can set boundaries. It's like I can finally exhale after holding my breath for a lifetime.” — Karna N.
"There’s this subtle shift: the voice in my head used to narrate everything I was doing wrong. Now, more often, I feel sensations instead. Warmth, hunger, tension, softening. It’s not that the critic is gone, it’s just quieter. My body has become the louder truth-teller, and I trust it more than I ever thought I could." — Participant
“I’ve done a lot of healing work, but nothing gave me the grounded, lasting shift I found in Rewild Yourself. My sleep improved. I’m less anxious and have practical tools to feel safe. Ro teaches from deep knowing. With her guidance, I’ve gone from stuck and depleted to moving toward steady, soft, and creatively alive.” — Kendra S.
