Your Cycle Tracker: Virgo →Libra

You have your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each colour you fill in, each word you add in the margin, is a breadcrumb back to your own rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is already living in you. The tracker only makes it visible.

How to Use It

Print it or save it where you will see it daily. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon. Spend two minutes a day noticing what your body is doing and what your mood is doing, then mark your square — Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh — and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months the tracker begins to show you a pattern. When your energy leans social and creative. When it leans toward quiet. The way your feeling moves in rhythm with the Moon. Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this is the tool that lets you read it.

This Week’s Body Compass

Capricorn → Aquarius → Pisces → Aries
Waxing Gibbous → Full Moon in Aries

The Moon is filling toward full this week, while the year itself reaches a turning point at the Autumn Equinox.

We begin in Capricorn with the knees, bones, joints and skin. From there the Moon moves through Aquarius and the lower legs and ankles, then Pisces and the feet, before arriving in Aries and returning our attention to the head and face at the Full Moon.

So this week gives us an unusual sweep through the body: from our structure, down through the legs to the feet, and then suddenly back to the top.

At the same time, we cross the Equinox and begin moving more deeply into the dark half of the year.

Notice what happens in you.

Sunday, September 20 — Capricorn Moon

Capricorn brings our attention to structure: knees, joints, bones and skin.

Rather than deciding in advance what that should feel like, notice how supported you feel today. Are you steady? Tired? Stiff? Strong? Is your body asking for more movement or less?

Body Compass

Knees and joints: How do they feel when you first stand or begin moving?
Bones and structure: Do you feel grounded, heavy, strong or depleted?
Skin: Dry, sensitive, comfortable, wanting touch?

Give your joints a little gentle movement today. Oil your skin if that feels good.

Monday, September 21 — Capricorn into Aquarius

The Moon moves from Capricorn into Aquarius, shifting our attention down into the lower legs and ankles.

Notice how movement feels today. There may be energy in the legs, restlessness, fatigue, ease or simply nothing unusual at all.

What matters is that you notice.

Body Compass

Ankles: Stable, tender, loose, strong?
Lower legs: Restless, tired, light, ordinary?
Movement: Do you want more of it or less?

Stand for a moment with both feet on the floor and notice how your weight is distributed before you begin moving.

Tuesday, September 22 — Aquarius Moon · Equinox

The Equinox arrives this week, the seasonal threshold where day and night come briefly into balance before we continue our descent toward the darker months.

Aquarius keeps our attention in the lower legs and ankles.

You may want to notice not only what is happening in your body today, but whether you sense the seasonal turn at all. Some people do. Some do not. Your tracker gives you a way to discover whether these thresholds consistently register in you.

Body Compass

Ankles and legs: Steady, restless, tired, energized?
Energy: Gathering, dropping, unchanged?
Whole system: Settled, stirred, quiet?

If you can, spend a few minutes outside and feel the actual season around you.

Wednesday, September 23 — Aquarius Moon · Waxing Gibbous

The Moon is well past half now and continuing to fill.

This is a useful point in the cycle to watch your pace.

Do you naturally begin doing more as the Moon grows brighter? Does your mind become busier? Does your sleep change? Or are these days no different from any others?

Rather than assuming a pattern, collect the evidence.

Body Compass

Legs and ankles: Quiet, energized, achy, steady?
Sleep: Deep, light, interrupted, unchanged?
Mind: Spacious, busy, focused, scattered?

Notice whether you are speeding up simply because there is more energy available.

Thursday, September 24 — Pisces Moon

The Moon moves into Pisces and our attention reaches the feet.

Feet tell us a great deal about how we are meeting the ground. Today is a good day to notice them more carefully than you normally would.

Warm or cold? Heavy or light? Comfortable in your shoes? Wanting to be bare?

Pisces can also be a useful place to watch sensitivity. Notice whether you feel more open to your surroundings today, without immediately deciding what that means.

Body Compass

Feet: Warm, cold, achy, relaxed?
Dreaming: Vivid, quiet, strange, forgotten?
Sensitivity: More open than usual, less open, unchanged?

Give your feet some attention tonight — warmth, massage or a soak if you want one.

Friday, September 25 — Pisces Moon

We are one day from the Full Moon.

Stay with the feet today, and also notice what happens to your sense of inner and outer.

Are you easily affected by the atmosphere around you? More inward? More imaginative? Or simply going about your Friday?

There is no experience you are supposed to have.

Body Compass

Feet: Grounded, tired, tender, strong?
Emotional tone: Your own, influenced by the room, difficult to name?
Sleep and dreaming: Shifting at all as the Moon approaches full?

If a strong feeling appears, give yourself a moment before deciding what it belongs to.

Saturday, September 26 — Pisces into Aries · Full Moon in Aries

The Moon moves into Aries today and by evening she is full.

In the Zodiac Body Map, Aries brings us to the head and face and carries the quality of the First Flame: the first spark of inspiration, impulse or knowing.

This lunar story began six months ago at the New Moon in Aries. Something was seeded then. You may know exactly what that was. You may have no idea.

The Full Moon simply gives us another opportunity to look.

And alongside whatever is becoming visible, notice what happens immediately after you know something.

Do you stay with it?

Do you question it?

Does another voice arrive almost immediately to explain why it cannot be true?

Questioning is not necessarily the problem. Discernment matters.

But discernment and distrust are not the same thing.

Body Compass

Head: Clear, busy, tender, pressured, ordinary?
Face and jaw: Relaxed, warm, tight, expressive?
Mind: Ideas arriving quickly, quietly, not at all?

What did you know first, before the checking began?

Sunday, September 27 — Aries Moon

The Moon has begun to wane, although she is still very bright, and Aries keeps our attention with the head and face.

The Sun is now in Libra, bringing the opposite end of the Aries–Libra axis into the picture.

In our Body Map, that places the head and the hips in conversation: first impulse and balance, movement and relationship, what begins in us and what is required to carry it into the world.

You do not need to make anything of that today.

Just notice.

Body Compass

Head: Clearer than yesterday, fuller, unchanged?
Eyes and face: Tired, bright, sensitive, relaxed?
Hips and pelvis: Braced, loose, grounded, asking for movement?

Give yourself a little less input today if that is what your system wants.

Working With the Rhythm

This week is not about trying to make your body conform to a lunar map.

It is about testing the map against your lived experience.

Does sleep actually change for you as the Moon fills? Do your feet become more noticeable under Pisces? Does Aries correlate with mental activity, headaches, inspiration — or none of those things?

One week cannot tell you very much.

Several months can.

That is why we track.

Over time, the little marks you make each day begin to show you where your own rhythms repeat, where they do not, and where something you thought was random may actually belong to a larger cycle.

The Moon gives us the structure.

Your body gives us the information.
