Your Cycle Tracker: Virgo →Libra
You have your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.
Each colour you fill in, each word you add in the margin, is a breadcrumb back to your own rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is already living in you. The tracker only makes it visible.
How to Use It
Print it or save it where you will see it daily. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon. Spend two minutes a day noticing what your body is doing and what your mood is doing, then mark your square — Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh — and add a word if something stands out.
Why It Matters
Within a few months the tracker begins to show you a pattern. When your energy leans social and creative. When it leans toward quiet. The way your feeling moves in rhythm with the Moon. Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this is the tool that lets you read it.
This Week’s Body Compass
Week of September 7–13, 2026
Cancer → Leo → Virgo → Libra
Waning Crescent → New Moon in Virgo
The week moves toward Friday. At 5:26 am EDT that morning, the Moon meets the Sun in Virgo, and a new lunar cycle begins in the dark, the way every one of them does. Everything before it is the approach.
The tide pulls inward all week, and this is the stretch of the cycle where things begin to loosen on their own. We are also in the descending half of the year — since Lammas the Land has been subtly drawing energy down and in — so the week and the season are moving in the same direction. If we are tired, the tiredness is accurate.
Each day names two directions. The Moon amplifies whatever region she is holding, and which way that lands is different in every body. Find yourself in whichever one is true today.
Monday, September 7 — Cancer Moon into Leo at 6:49 pm EDT
Cancer brings the Moon’s pull into our chest, our stomach, our lymph, where feeling already lives closest to the surface.
For some of us, that lands as tenderness. Tears arriving without much of a story attached, something from last week suddenly larger than it was. For others it lands as an unusual ease — a day where being held feels possible, where receiving is not so hard. Both belong to this sign.
This evening the Moon crosses into Leo, and the waning crescent begins.
Body Compass
Chest: full, tender, or asking to be held
Stomach: unsettled, quiet, or hungry in a way food does not answer
Lymph: heavy, moving, or wanting warmth
Whatever rises can rise. None of it needs sorting.
Tuesday, September 8 — Leo Moon, Waning Crescent
Leo moves the pull into your heart, your upper back, and the diaphragm between them. Held feeling shows up here as a shortened breath before it shows up as anything else.
Some of us will feel warm and generous today, easy to be around. Others will find a band of tightness under the ribs and an ache between the shoulder blades. That ache is the Creative Spirit pressing toward expression through a back that learned a long time ago to hold still.
Body Compass
Heart: open, guarded, or beating faster than the day asks for
Diaphragm: locked, releasing, or letting the breath drop
Between the shoulder blades: aching, warm, or pressing
Lie flat on the floor for five minutes and allow the breath to find the bottom of you.
Wednesday, September 9 — Leo Moon into Virgo at 9:34 pm EDT
Leo holds through the day. Late tonight the Moon drops into Virgo, and the last of the light goes with her.
These are the closing hours of a cycle that has been releasing for two weeks. Some of us will feel that as quiet and steady. Others as plainly tired, with the sense of something unfinished. Whatever is unfinished does not need finishing today.
Body Compass
Heart: quieter, steadier, or plainly tired
Upper back: releasing, or still holding
Breath: shallow while you move, deeper when you stop
Allow today to be smaller than you planned it.
Thursday, September 10 — Virgo Moon, the dark
The Moon is dark and in Virgo, which brings her pull into your belly: the mesentery, and the enteric system that lives there, where roughly ninety percent of your serotonin is made and where your I Am Spirit nests.
Some of us will find the belly quietly capable today, digestion easy, the day simple to order. Others will find it gripped, appetite gone or unusually sharp, the mind picking at details. A belly that is gripping cannot hold a coherent plan, which is worth knowing on a day when we may catch ourselves trying to make one.
Body Compass
Belly: tight, softening, or quietly working
Breath: high in your chest, or dropping
Appetite: absent, sharp, or particular about one thing
Warm food today, and slowly.
Friday, September 11 — New Moon in Virgo, 5:26 am EDT
Sun and Moon together in Virgo. The germination window opens for the Grace of Right Action seed: service that comes from wholeness rather than from proving.
It germinates in a belly that has stopped bracing, and it keeps its own schedule. Some of us will feel that as a wide slow quiet. Others as restlessness with nothing to do — which is what stillness feels like in a system used to producing.
The invitation today is small. Leave the plan alone and allow something to stir where you cannot see it yet.
Body Compass
Belly: quiet, working, or unusually sensitive
Lower ribs: expanding, tight, or asking for room
Everything at once: slow, wide, or wanting the dark
What has been waiting for you to be quiet enough to feel it?
Saturday, September 12 — Libra Moon from 1:51 am EDT
Overnight, the Moon crosses into Libra and the pull moves down into your hips, your kidneys, your bladder. Our kidneys hold our life force, and they run low first when we have been living on vigilance.
Some of us will feel easy in the hips today, socially warm, genuinely balanced. Others will find a lower back ache and a tiredness that sleep has not been reaching. They are more receptive to care now than at any other point this month, and more easily strained.
Body Compass
Hips: tight, opening, or holding something
Kidneys: warm, cold, or tired past what sleep reaches
Lower back: aching, steady, or asking for heat
Put heat on your lower back and drink more water than you think you need.
Sunday, September 13 — Libra Moon
Libra asks about reciprocity, and it asks in the hips. The question is not whether we are giving. It is what we are giving from.
Body Compass
Hips: loosening, or still guarding
Kidneys: steadier, or still running low
Breath: evening out
One real no, if there is one available to you.
How to Work with the Rhythm
Early week, allow feeling to come up without sorting it. Midweek, make the days smaller than you planned them. Thursday and Friday belong to the dark and the New Moon, so keep them warm and quiet and leave the plan alone. Through the weekend, heat on your lower back and drink more water than you think you need.
Waning weeks are when our systems digest what has already happened, and noticing where that lands in your body is how the whole cycle becomes visible over time.
