Your Cycle Tracker: Taurus → Gemini

You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.

Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.

  2. Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.

  3. Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.

  4. Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:

  • When your energy moves toward creativity or connection

  • When it pulls toward quiet and restoration

  • How your emotional tides move with the Moon's

Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.

This Week’s Body Compass

June 9–15, 2026

Waning Moon • Last Quarter through New Moon • Pre-Solstice Threshold

We are in the final exhale before the Solstice. The light is building toward its longest reach, and the body knows it before the mind catches up. This week the moon moves through four signs, dropping through the last of the waning cycle and arriving at the New Moon in Gemini on Sunday evening. The energy is not quiet exactly… it is interior. Settling. Making room.

Monday, June 9 — Pisces Moon, Last Quarter

Body area: Feet

The Last Quarter arrives this morning, and the moon is still in Pisces— moving through your feet, the place where you meet the earth, where the boundary between you and the ground is most permeable.

Feet: tender, fluid, asking for contact

Soles: wanting to press into something solid

Lower legs: carrying the residue of weeks in motion

The Waning Crescent approaches, and there is a quality in the Pisces moon of needing to release what the feet have been carrying. Not fixing. Not resolving. Just letting the ground receive it.

Notice what your feet want today. Bare feet on grass, tile, wood… let your soles make contact with something real.

Tuesday, June 9 (late night) – Wednesday, June 11 — Aries Moon, Last Quarter

Body area: Head, temples, eyes

The moon moves into Aries in the small hours of Tuesday night, and by Wednesday, the Last Quarter energy is pressing through your head. This is the last active push before the waning crescent arrives Thursday— your system may feel a sudden urgency, a desire to act or clear or decide before things go quiet.

Temples: pulsing, pressured, or very alive

Eyes: sharp or tired, wanting to look or wanting to close

Jaw: clenching what is unfinished

The invitation here is not to push the urgency away, but to notice where it is living in your head. Is there a thought that keeps cycling? Let your hands do something instead.

The Aries moon wants movement. A walk, a run, anything that lets your head hand the processing off to your legs.

Thursday, June 11 — Taurus Moon, Waning Crescent begins

Body area: Neck, throat, shoulders

Two shifts in one day: the moon moves into Taurus early Thursday morning, and the Waning Crescent begins in the afternoon. Your system may feel this as a sudden settling, a weight that is not heavy but is very present. The neck and shoulders carry what we've been holding in place. This is the phase when what has been braced begins to soften.

Neck: stiff, or asking to turn slowly

Throat: tight, or releasing something unspoken

Shoulders: drawing inward, or finally dropping

This is one of the most important moments of the lunar month for highly sensitive people. The body wants to stop performing now. Let it.

Slow neck circles, your hands cupped warm around your throat… just the simple act of touching your own neck with kindness can begin to unlock what Thursday is asking to release.

Thursday–Saturday, June 11–13 — Taurus Moon, Waning Crescent

Body area: Neck, throat, shoulders (continued)

The Taurus moon is an earth anchor during the waning crescent's quieting. This is a low-energy, introverted window— not the time to initiate, but a genuine time for your body to integrate everything it has been carrying since the Full Moon. The shoulders carry our story of responsibility. Notice what yours are still holding from the past weeks.

Throat: wanting softness, warmth, quiet

Voice: lower, slower, or preferring silence

Shoulders: releasing in layers

If your system is asking for more rest than seems reasonable… that is the Waning Crescent asking you to trust it. This phase is biologically orienting toward restoration. You are not behind.

Saturday, June 13 — Gemini Moon begins, Waning Crescent

Body area: Shoulders, arms, hands

The moon moves into Gemini on Saturday morning, activating the shoulders, arms, and hands— the body's instruments of contact and communication. Under the Waning Crescent, this is not a high-output window, but there may be a quality of mental aliveness, the mind wanting to sort and name before going quiet.

Arms: restless or reaching, wanting to gesture

Hands: fidgety, creative, or simply needing to touch something

Shoulders: a residual hum from the week

Writing by hand is a beautiful practice under a Gemini Waning Crescent— the hands sorting what the mind can't quite organize yet.

Sunday, June 14 — Gemini New Moon, 10:53 pm EDT

Body area: Shoulders, arms, hands

The New Moon arrives Sunday evening in Gemini, opening a new lunation at the threshold of the Summer Solstice. This is a potent beginning— the dark of the moon meeting the building solar light one week before the longest day of the year.

The Gemini New Moon asks: what story do you want to be living from this summer? Not the performance of a story, but the living thread of one. This moon carries a Mercury-Saturn quality, which means old voices about speaking, being heard, and knowing what you know may stir up from somewhere deep.

Hands: wanting to write, make, create

Arms: lighter, reaching toward what is next

Throat and shoulders: a quiet readiness

At the New Moon, energy turns inward before it begins to build again. Rest if you can this evening. Let the dark hold what is germinating.

The Gemini New Moon Seeds: what do you want to communicate, learn, and understand in this next lunation? Let the body answer before the mind does.

How to Work with This Week's Rhythm

Early in the week (Mon–Wed) the Last Quarter's completion energy is moving through the water and fire of Pisces and Aries— your feet may feel the dissolution while your head feels the urge to act. Let these two impulses exist without forcing resolution between them.

Midweek (Thu) the Waning Crescent begins and Taurus grounds everything. Your neck and shoulders are the body's archive of this month's effort. Give them your hands.

End of week (Sat–Sun) the Gemini moon quickens the arms and hands just as the New Moon draws everything inward again. The liveliness and the quieting are both true. The Solstice is one week away. Your body is already preparing.

Your New Moon Cycle Tracker for Gemini is coming mid-week— watch for the link.
