Your Cycle Tracker: Taurus → Gemini

You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.

Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.

  2. Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.

  3. Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.

  4. Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:

  • When your energy moves toward creativity or connection

  • When it pulls toward quiet and restoration

  • How your emotional tides move with the Moon's

Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.

This Week’s Body Compass

May 25 – June 1, 2026

Something is building. The waxing moon moves, and it carries you with it, whether you have made any plans or not. This week that movement goes through three signs and arrives at a Full Moon that is also a Blue Moon — the second full moon of May, rare and charged, carrying an extra quality of depth and completion to close out the month. The sacrum and the thighs are at the centre of everything by Sunday. The hips and kidneys carry you there.

The collective field is still carrying its weight — the restlessness that has been running beneath the surface, the sense of agitation that doesn't have a single address. Your body is registering it. The work this week is to stay enough in your own ground that you can feel the difference between what belongs to you and what is moving through the field.

Track with the body. That is the whole instruction.

Monday, May 25 – Wednesday morning, May 27 · Libra Moon · First Quarter · Air

Moon in Libra Monday, May 25 at 4:33am EDT through Wednesday, May 27 at 1:31am EDT. First Quarter energy active through Tuesday.

Libra lives in your hips, your kidneys, your bladder — the body's great balancing organs, the structures that know how to hold the living rhythm of giving and receiving. The First Quarter has been asking for adjustment, for the honest reckoning with what is working and what is not, and Libra provides exactly the body intelligence needed for that: your hips know when you are overextended. Your kidneys know when you are giving what you don't have.

In a world carrying collective strain, the Libra transit is where the body registers the weight of that strain most directly in the kidneys — which hold the Zhi, the life force, the deepest will to be here. Pace yourself. Warmth and water on the lower back. The balance being asked of you this week is not an idea, it is a felt quality in the hips when they can move freely rather than brace.

Hips: locked, swinging, or asking for ease

Kidneys: depleted, tended, or quietly steadying

Bladder: holding tension, releasing, or asking for warmth

Let your hips lead at least once today — a slow walk, a gentle sway, any movement that returns the sense of rhythm to your centre. What is your body trying to balance right now that your mind hasn't acknowledged yet?

Wednesday afternoon, May 27 – Saturday afternoon, May 30 · Scorpio Moon · Waxing Gibbous · Water

Moon enters Scorpio Wednesday, May 27 at 2:52pm EDT. Waxing Gibbous phase begins Tuesday evening and carries through this transit. Moon in Scorpio through Saturday, May 30 at 2:04pm EDT.

The waxing gibbous is the fullest gathering before the birth — energy building, pressure increasing, the body holding more than it usually holds as the tide comes in toward the full moon. Scorpio makes this felt in the most intimate territory of the body: the sexual organs, the entire pelvic region, the hidden fire that lives in the creative-transformative centre.

This is not subtle. The Scorpio transit in a waxing gibbous week can feel like pressure in the pelvis, intensity that doesn't have a simple outlet, emotion that arrives from below rather than from any identifiable cause. Compassionate attention here — not fixing, not managing — creates space. The Beltane fire is still burning, the veils still thin, and what is held in the pelvic region has more room to move than it does in other seasons.

What needs transformation does not need force. It needs contact.

Pelvis: contracted, releasing, or holding something long-held

Sexual organs: tender, alive, or asking for care rather than use

Lower abdomen: tight, warm, or quietly releasing

A hand on the lower belly, warmth here, breath that drops all the way down. You do not have to name what is moving. You only have to stay in contact with it.

What is being transformed in your creative centre right now? What has been held there that is ready to move?

Saturday night, May 30 – Monday, June 1 · Sagittarius Moon · Full Moon (Blue Moon) · Fire

Moon enters Sagittarius Saturday, May 30 at 2:44am EDT. Full Moon exact Sunday, May 31 at 10:44pm EDT. This is a Blue Moon — the second full moon of the calendar month. Moon in Sagittarius through Monday, June 1 at 3:20am EDT.

The Flame of Truth lives in your sacrum and your thighs. The sacrum — the sacred bone, the body's deepest structural anchor — is where what you actually know, as distinct from what you have been told to believe, is stored. The thighs are what carry you toward it. When the Sagittarius Full Moon arrives, these two body regions come into their fullest activation of the year, illuminated by the Creative Spirit's complete light.

A Blue Moon is the second full moon in a calendar month — and May's first full moon opened this same arc earlier in the month. What that means for Sunday is a deepening rather than a new beginning. The month has been moving through something, and this Full Moon asks: what have you learned since the first full moon? What arrived then that you haven't yet let settle into the bones? The Blue Moon doesn't give you a new door — it gives you more time to actually walk through the one that has already opened. The body, not the mind, is the keeper of this.

You may feel it as warmth in the sacrum, a readiness in your legs, a quiet certainty that doesn't need to announce itself. You may also feel it as ache — the thighs bracing against a direction they already know, the sacrum compressed under the weight of a truth not yet fully stood in. Both are the Full Moon working.

Sacrum: compressed, warming, or beginning to release

Thighs: braced, ready, or asking to walk toward something

Spine: bracing, lengthening, or finding its uprightness

Lie down and let your sacrum make full contact with the floor. Feel it held. Stay there long enough to ask: what does your body know that it has not yet been given permission to stand in?

What truth has been ripening in you since winter? Can you feel it in the sacrum now — not as an idea, but as a readiness?

How to Work with the Rhythm This Week

The week moves through hips to pelvis to sacrum — a journey down and in, from the body's balancing centre to its transformative core to its deepest structural truth. Monday and Tuesday, Libra and the First Quarter ask your hips and kidneys to find living balance and honest reckoning. Wednesday through Saturday, Scorpio and the waxing gibbous ask your pelvis to hold what is building with compassion rather than bracing. Saturday night through Sunday, Sagittarius and the Blue Full Moon ask your sacrum and thighs to receive what has been growing since the winter dark and let it finally be stood in.

The Taurus seed is still germinating in your throat, your jaw, your feet on the ground. What truth has the Beltane fire been freeing in your voice? The sacrum knows. Ask it on Sunday.

Track what moves in your body this week. Track where you brace. Track where you release. That is the practice.
