Your Cycle Tracker: Taurus → Gemini
You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.
Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.
How to Use It
Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.
Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.
Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.
Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.
Why It Matters
Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:
When your energy moves toward creativity or connection
When it pulls toward quiet and restoration
How your emotional tides move with the Moon's
Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.
This Week’s Body Compass
May 18 – 24, 2026
The Taurus New Moon sparked a seed in your jaw, your throat, and your feet on the ground last Saturday. This week, the moon moves through four signs, carrying that seed forward through air, water, fire, and earth again, each transit asking your body a slightly different version of the same question: Are you here? Can you feel what is alive?
The world is carrying weight right now. You can feel it the way you feel pressure before a storm, not yet knowing what it will bring. Your body knows. Your work this week is not to solve that or transcend it — it is to stay in contact with your own ground while the atmosphere moves around you.
Beltane fire is still burning. Track with it.
Monday, May 18 — Gemini Moon · New Moon energy · Air
Moon in Gemini through 3:35 pm EDT.
Your shoulders carry the morning. Gemini moves through the shoulders, arms, and hands — the body's great connectors — and today the energy is still close to the new moon's quiet, asking your nervous system to stay wide and permeable rather than grasping. Breath comes easier in Gemini. Let it.
The world's restlessness is especially audible in air signs, and right now there is a lot of noise — words accumulating faster than meaning, communication moving before understanding has caught up. Your body's invitation is to be the thread between your head and your heart rather than a relay station for everything passing through.
Shoulders: braced, softening, or asking to be rolled
Arms: busy, reaching, or needing to rest alongside you
Hands: holding, releasing, wanting to make something
Let your hands do something simple and purposeful this morning — not productive, purposeful. There is a difference your hands already know.
What are you trying to hold together that your body is asking you to set down, even briefly?
Monday evening – Wednesday morning · Cancer Moon · New Moon energy · Water
Moon enters Cancer Monday at 9:45 pm EDT, remains through Wednesday, May 20, at 9:26 am EDT.
The tide comes in. Cancer is chest, breasts, stomach, liver, lymph — and when the moon enters this sign so soon after a new moon, the emotional body can feel tender. This is the Hands of Compassion doing their work: drawing what is real close enough to be felt.
The world's collective grief and the longing for home — and by home I mean the felt sense of belonging, not a location — can land more directly in your chest during Cancer transits. Your lymph is especially responsive. Move gently. Drink water. Let what wants to surface come without rushing it into resolution.
Chest: tight, open, or holding something it hasn't named
Stomach: settled, uneasy, or asking for warmth
Lymph: sluggish, flowing, or needing movement
A hand on your own sternum, even briefly. Not to fix anything — just to say: I'm here, I feel you.
What is your heart holding right now that it hasn't been able to say out loud?
Wednesday evening – Friday evening · Leo Moon · Waxing Crescent · Fire
Moon enters Leo on Wednesday at 10:47 pm EDT, remains through Friday, May 22, at 6:05 pm EDT.
The waxing crescent shifts into Leo and the Living Spirit begins to orient outward — toward warmth, toward what you love, and toward expression that wants to move through your actual body rather than around it. Leo lives in the heart, the upper back, the space between your shoulder blades, where the Creative Spirit presses toward expression. If you have been feeling the ache there, this is what it is: something trying to come through.
This is not performance energy. True Leo — the Radiant Heart — moves from what is genuinely alive in you, not from what will be approved of. The distinction lives in your chest. You can feel the difference between the two.
The crescent phase is the first real outbreath after the new moon's inward pull. Small actions, actual steps. Not everything — one thing that is true.
Heart: full, aching, or cracking open in a good way
Upper back: braced, opening, or holding unexpressed warmth
Between the shoulder blades: contracted, releasing, or buzzing with something wanting out
What is one true thing your heart wants to do or say this week? Not the whole of it — just the first gesture of it.
Where have you been performing warmth instead of living from it?
Sunday, May 24 · Virgo Moon · First Quarter · Earth
Moon enters Virgo on Sunday at 2:56 am EDT.
The First Quarter arrives with Virgo — and something is clarifying about this pairing. Virgo lives in the mesentery, the digestive organs, the enteric nervous system: the body's second brain, the place where the Plan (what you are actually here to do, not what you think you should do) becomes legible. The First Quarter asks for an adjustment. Virgo provides the instrument for it: your belly.
If the week has been building toward something, Sunday is where the body begins to sort. What is moving? What is composting? What is asking for devotion rather than effort? Your digestive system has been processing not just food but everything the week has carried — the collective weight, the emotional material of Cancer, the heart impulse of Leo. Let it do its work.
Belly: tight, processing, or finding rhythm
Digestive organs: active, sluggish, or asking for simplicity
Enteric nervous system: chatty, settling, or needing warmth and quiet
Something simple and nourishing for your belly on Sunday — in food, yes, but also in what you give your attention to. The belly is deciding what to keep.
What is your belly telling you about what is actually right for you right now, underneath the noise of what seems urgent?
How to Work with the Rhythm This Week
Monday morning is still new moon quiet — Gemini asks your shoulders to soften and your breath to widen before the week asks anything of you. Monday night through Wednesday, the tide comes all the way in: Cancer's water brings emotional truth to the surface, and the wisest thing you can do is stay in contact rather than manage. Wednesday night through Friday, the crescent fire picks up in Leo — something genuine wants to move from your heart into the world, and this is the window to let it, even in small form. Sunday shifts the whole orientation: Virgo's earth and the First Quarter bring discernment, and your belly becomes the most reliable compass you have.
The through-line is the Taurus seed still germinating — presence, ground, the voice that comes from knowing where you actually stand. All four signs this week are asking some version of that same question.
Track what you feel. It is data. You are the instrument.
