Your Cycle Tracker: Taurus → Gemini

You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.

Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.

  2. Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.

  3. Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.

  4. Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:

  • When your energy moves toward creativity or connection

  • When it pulls toward quiet and restoration

  • How your emotional tides move with the Moon's

Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.

This Week’s Body Compass

May 12–18, 2026

Void Moon through Taurus New Moon

Something is moving toward Ground this week. The moon carries us through the last of the void — that wide-open inner field where the ordinary noise goes quiet — and then drops us into Aries for a single day before the Land itself calls everything back into the body: jaw, neck, throat, the places where your aliveness waits to become sound. By Saturday’s Taurus New Moon, a germination window opens. Not for doing. For feeling what’s ready.

We are in SpringSummer. The Shen — your Creative Spirit, the heart’s original fire — is rising toward its season. Underneath the collective exhaustion that so many are carrying right now, there is a real hunger: not for more information, not for louder voices, but for something that feels alive and true. Your body already knows the difference. This week, the moon is teaching you to trust that.

Tuesday, May 12 — Void Moon

Body area: Whole system — diffuse, interior, released from outer pull

The void moon ceases to reflect the outer world. What’s available instead is unusual access to your inner field — the part of you that exists before the day’s demands arrive, before you’ve decided who you need to be. Your system may feel untethered, or unusually quiet, or strangely spacious. All of those are the same thing: room.

Body Compass:

Your chest: soft, unguarded, or quietly waiting

Your belly: settled, or asking for more room than usual

Your eyes: wanting to close, to turn inward, to rest from so much seeing

Don’t initiate anything new today. Let this be a day of receiving what’s already moving in you.

Wednesday, May 13 — Moon into Aries, Waning Crescent

Body area: Head, face, temples, the impulse behind the eyes

Aries wakes the head — the vision-making center, the place where impulse first arrives before it has a plan. The waning crescent brings this forward movement into a softer, more interior key. This isn’t the Aries of charging ahead. It’s the Aries of knowing what you want, feeling the small fire of it in your temples and behind your eyes, and letting it be information rather than instruction.

This is the last crescent before the new moon dark. Your Living Spirit is consolidating its knowing. What is it actually oriented toward? Not what the week demands — what does it want?

Body Compass:

Your temples: pulsing, warm, or quietly alive

Your jaw: holding or beginning to soften on its own

Your forehead: clear, or carrying a subtle pressure

Let your eyes rest often today. What arrives when you look at less is usually more true.

Thursday–Friday, May 14–15 — Moon into Taurus, Waning Crescent

Body area: Jaw, neck, throat, the back of the tongue

The moon settles into Taurus, and something in your body follows. The Aries impulse drops from the head into the throat, where it waits to become sound, or breath, or the particular quality of your presence in a room. This is the Voice of the Earth territory: jaw, neck, the soft tissue of your throat that has learned, over a lifetime, exactly how much of your truth is safe to carry.

Many of us are carrying a voice that got quiet. Not gone — held. Your body learned to hold it and that learning was real, and right, for the conditions it happened in. What the moon is asking now is simply: what does your throat know that you haven’t said yet? Not to anyone else. To yourself.

The cure for a voice held too long isn’t performance. Its presence. It’s the warmth of your own curious attention landing in the very place that learned to brace.

Body Compass:

Your jaw: tight, or beginning to part on its own

Your throat: constricted, resonant, or quietly asking

Your neck: bracing, or slowly lengthening

Hum softly, for a few breaths, any note that feels comfortable. Let the sound stay small and internal. Notice where it wants to land.

Saturday, May 16 — Taurus New Moon ✨

Body area: Jaw, neck, throat, the senses — all of them, fully awake

The germination window opens. The Soul Star Seed, the old traditions called the Voice of the Earth, stirs in the dark of the new moon, in the specific geography of your jaw and neck and throat. The Living Spirit rests at the new moon — which means this is the moment to be still enough to feel what is beginning, rather than trying to make anything happen.

This is also Beltane’s heart opening further. Your Shen — the Creative Spirit that lives in the heart and leads all the others — has been rising since the threshold crossed. The heart’s desire to be of service, to bring something real and beautiful into the world, is not a luxury. It is the fire that the season is built for. What you long to give is not separate from what the world needs. That ache between your shoulder blades when you feel called but also afraid? That’s the Shen pressing forward. That’s the fire looking for its form.

Taurus teaches liberation through full presence. Not through breakthrough or performance, but through being in your body so completely that what wants to move through your throat is simply... real.

Body Compass:

Your jaw: soft, parted, ready

Your chest and heart center: warm, expansive, or aching with aliveness

Your whole throat: asking to carry something true

Sit with your back against something solid today. Let the ground hold you. Feel your jaw release. Ask your body: what does my voice know that I haven’t let move yet?

Sunday, May 17 — Taurus New Moon (continuing)

Body area: Throat, neck, jaw — the senses nourished and at rest

The new moon dark continues. This is the day after the germination window opens — not a day to push the seed, but to tend the ground around it. Taurus rules the senses, and the invitation today is specifically sensory: warm food eaten slowly, sound that vibrates the chest, skin touching earth or bark or water, beauty received without the need to do anything with it.

The strength arising right now is not the kind that announces itself. It’s the kind that deepens quietly, the kind that has been waiting for conditions safe enough to come forward. It is in you. It has always been in you. The season is simply asking: Will you tend it?

Body Compass:

Your jaw: loose, available, or still softening

Your throat: tender, resonant, wanting nourishment

Your whole body: asking to be met with care, not demands

Eat something warm and unhurried today. Let your senses lead. Let pleasure be medicine.
