Your Cycle Tracker: Scorpio → Sagittarius
You’ve got your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.
Each color, each note, becomes a breadcrumb leading you back to your body’s rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is a reflection of what already lives in you.
How to Use It
Print or save your tracker where you’ll see it daily.
Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon—your weekly guide to the Moon’s shifts and body signals.
Spend 2 minutes a day noticing sensations, moods, and energy.
Mark your square (Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh) and add a word if something stands out.
Why It Matters
Within a few months, your tracker begins to reveal a pattern:
Times when your body feels most creative or social
Times when your energy leans toward quiet or rest
The way emotions move in rhythm with the Moon
Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this tool helps you see it.
This Week’s Body Compass
Leo → Virgo → Libra
Waning Gibbous → Last Quarter | Descent Toward Winter Solstice
Each phase of the Moon leaves quiet tide-lines in the body - a pulse that softens, a muscle that releases, a breath that turns inward.
In this waning half of the cycle, the light diminishes, and energy begins to draw down toward rest. I’d like to invite you to notice where that descent lives in you. Is it the slowing pulse, the craving for warmth, or your body’s quiet conversation with the season?
Mon–Wed (Dec 8–10) — Leo Moon (Waning Gibbous)
Leo lives in the heart and spine, carrying warmth even as the days cool. You may feel a pull to express or reconnect - to keep the inner fire burning while the world turns inward.
This is heart-centered courage in quieter form: generosity, gratitude, and warmth shared close to home.
Body Compass:
Heart: quickened, tender, or expansive
Spine: lengthening, holding posture against the chill
Skin: warm, flushed, or craving light
Wed–Fri (Dec 10–12) — Virgo Moon (Last Quarter)
Virgo gathers the pieces and begins to sort. The body asks for rhythm, order, and gentle clearing - not from perfectionism that is so often attributed to Virgo, but from care.
This phase supports discernment: choosing what to keep, what to compost, and what to let rest through winter.
Body Compass:
Belly: tight or softening with breath
Hands: steady, cleansing, organizing
Nervous system: craving simplicity and containment
Fri–Sun (Dec 12–14) — Libra Moon
Libra softens the edges after the sorting. Balance returns through beauty and shared stillness. You may sense an impulse toward connection - companionship, art, and small rituals that restore harmony.
As Solstice nears, this is the breath before the pause - a reminder that harmony begins within the body before it moves into the world.
Body Compass:
Chest: open or protective
Breath: slow, balancing rhythm between inhale and exhale
Eyes: drawn to symmetry, soft color, or candlelight
How to Work with the Rhythm
Mon–Wed: Let Leo’s warmth move through the heart. Offer what you have, then rest in quiet glow.
Wed–Fri: Tend Virgo’s rhythm. Simplify, clear, ground through care.
Fri–Sun: Lean into Libra’s equilibrium. Connect softly, breathe beauty back into your space.
Phase Note:
The Last Quarter Moon (Thu, Dec 11) marks the cycle’s integration point - a time to review, release, and prepare the ground for renewal at the Winter Solstice.
Remember:
The waning Moon teaches the body how to return to rhythm. Each exhale, each pause, each moment of quiet is part of the same descent the Earth is making now. Reflection is medicine; it roots your fire deeper into the soil of rest.
