You’ve got your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each color, each note, becomes a breadcrumb leading you back to your body’s rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is a reflection of what already lives in you.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker where you’ll see it daily.

  2. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon—your weekly guide to the Moon’s shifts and body signals.

  3. Spend 2 minutes a day noticing sensations, moods, and energy.

  4. Mark your square (Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh) and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, your tracker begins to reveal a pattern:

  • Times when your body feels most creative or social

  • Times when your energy leans toward quiet or rest

  • The way emotions move in rhythm with the Moon

Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this tool helps you see it.

This Week’s Body Compass

Capricorn → Aquarius → Pisces

The new moon has just passed, and we’re walking with early waxing light—energy returning slowly, like sap beneath bark. The days shorten, the earth cools, and our bodies echo this rhythm. This is not a time for acceleration, but for forming new structure within the quiet.

Mon–Tue (Nov 24–25)Capricorn Moon (Waxing Crescent)

Capricorn draws energy down into the bones. Knees and spine carry memory, shoulders hold responsibility, and the breath moves low in the body. This is a time to ground, to tend what is lasting and strong.

Body Compass:

  • Knees: weighted, steady, or asking for rest

  • Spine: lengthening, bracing, or seeking uprightness

  • Shoulders: holding or releasing what’s too heavy

Tue–Thu (Nov 25–27)Aquarius Moon

Aquarius brings movement after Capricorn’s stillness. Energy rises to the calves, ankles, and nervous system—an impulse toward freedom and fresh air. Ideas quicken, and the body asks for spaciousness.

Body Compass:

  • Ankles: buzzing, light, seeking direction

  • Calves: twitching or ready to move

  • Breath: expanding upward, airy, releasing constraint

Thu–Sun (Nov 27–30)Pisces Moon (First Quarter on Fri, Nov 28)

Pisces softens the edges. After Aquarius’ sparks, this is where we integrate. Feet, eyes, and breath guide the way toward imagination, rest, and gentle release.

Body Compass:

  • Feet: tender, receptive, grounding through water and soil

  • Eyes: moist, sensitive to light

  • Breath: tidal, carrying you inward

How to Work with the Rhythm

  • Mon–Tue: Build quietly with Capricorn. Structure your intentions with care.

  • Tue–Thu: Flow with Aquarius. Loosen what feels rigid and let inspiration move.

  • Thu–Sun: Rest with Pisces. Restore through softness and imagination.

Phase Note: The First Quarter Moon (Nov 28) brings a steady pulse of movement—early momentum rooted in reflection.

Remember: The body is your first compass. Each ache, flutter, or sigh is a landmark, guiding you back to what’s real.
