This Week’s Body Compass

Libra → Scorpio → Sagittarius → Capricorn
(Week of Oct 20–26, 2025)

Each week, the Moon moves through the body’s landscape - stirring breath, pulse, and sensation.
You don’t need to fix or name what arises.
Simply notice where movement gathers and where it releases.

These small shifts are your map.

Mon–Tue (Oct 20–21) — Libra Moon → New Moon in Libra

Libra brings balance into the body—an instinct to even what feels off-kilter.
The New Moon quiets the system, inviting reflection before renewal.
Pause to sense where symmetry or rest feels needed.

Chest: open, leveling, seeking harmony
Hands: arranging, aligning, creating order
Breath: smoothing, equal on inhale and exhale

Tue (late)–Fri (Oct 21–24) — Scorpio Moon

Scorpio draws awareness inward.
Sensations deepen beneath the surface - emotions felt through the belly and the gaze.
Stay curious without needing to solve or interpret.

Belly: fluttering, tight, heavy with knowing
Eyes: focused, receptive, drawn to depth
Breath: deep, slow, rising from the pelvis

Fri–Sun (Oct 24–26) — Sagittarius → Capricorn Moon

Sagittarius opens the body outward, widening perspective through movement.
Then Capricorn gathers what’s been learned, grounding it into structure.
Feel how expansion and containment balance each other.

Sagittarius (Fri–Sun a.m.):
Hips: spacious, eager to move
Legs: strong, restless, ready to roam
Breath: full, rising toward the ribs

Capricorn (Sun onward):
Knees: steady, weighted, bearing responsibility
Spine: upright, lengthening, stabilizing
Breath: deliberate, supportive, rhythmic

How to Work with the Rhythm

Mon–Tue: Seek balance with Libra. Clear space for what feels new.
Tue–Fri: Let Scorpio guide you inward—listen below the surface.
Fri–Sun: Expand with Sagittarius, then anchor with Capricorn.

Phase Note: The New Moon in Libra (Tue) begins a new cycle of alignment—relationship, body, and rhythm. Energy rebuilds slowly; patience is the first step.
