You’ve got your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each color, each note, becomes a breadcrumb leading you back to your body’s rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is a reflection of what already lives in you.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker where you’ll see it daily.

  2. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon—your weekly guide to the Moon’s shifts and body signals.

  3. Spend 2 minutes a day noticing sensations, moods, and energy.

  4. Mark your square (Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh) and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, your tracker begins to reveal a pattern:

  • Times when your body feels most creative or social

  • Times when your energy leans toward quiet or rest

  • The way emotions move in rhythm with the Moon

Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this tool helps you see it.

This Week’s Body Compass

Taurus → Gemini → Cancer
The Sixth through Twelfth Nights of Winter: The Dreaming Midpoint

The Twelve Nights of Winter are a liminal space — a bridge between years and worlds. The air holds both stillness and movement, and the body can feel that contrast as a kind of inner swirl: grounded one moment, restless the next.
This week’s Moon mirrors that rhythm — waxing through Taurus’ steadiness, Gemini’s motion, and into Cancer’s fullness, where feeling and memory overflow.
Through it all, the Wild Hunt rides — the ancestral current sweeping through the unseen, stirring both remembrance and release.

Mon–Wed (Dec 29–31) — Taurus Moon (Waxing Gibbous)

Taurus steadies the nervous system after the intensity of the holidays and the first half of the Twelve Nights. Sensation gathers in the throat, neck, and shoulders, calling for slower breath, nourishing food, and familiar comforts.

Body Compass:

  • Throat: open or tight, wanting sound or silence

  • Neck: heavy, stretching, releasing tension

  • Shoulders: seeking rest, rolling back into ease

Reflection:
Let this be the exhale that roots you back into the body. Eat slowly. Touch the earth. Let stability be its own ritual.

Wed–Fri (Dec 31–Jan 2) — Gemini Moon (Waxing Gibbous → New Year’s Day)

Gemini stirs the air just as the calendar turns. Thoughts scatter, energy quickens, and the body may feel both inspired and overstimulated. The lungs and hands are Gemini’s anchors — breath and touch are how to come back to center.

Body Compass:

  • Breath: shallow or skipping, deepening with awareness

  • Hands: restless, fidgeting, creative

  • Chest: fluttering, light, charged with anticipation

Reflection:
Move gently. Speak less, listen more. Write, sing, or journal to give the whirling thoughts a home.

Fri–Sun (Jan 2–4) — Cancer Moon → Full Moon in Cancer (Sat, Jan 3)

As the Moon reaches fullness in Cancer, the emotional tide rises. The body becomes the vessel for memory — the heart, chest, and belly holding both tenderness and release. This is a night of cleansing, the hearth-flame of the Twelve Nights, when the Wild Hunt still rides through the unseen and the year’s new light begins to root.

Body Compass:

  • Chest: swelling, aching, softening

  • Belly: tight or warm, pulling inward

  • Eyes: moist, bright, reflective

Reflection:
This Full Moon is both culmination and blessing. Let what moves through you move through. Breathe. Cry. Bless your home. Feed the flame that carries you into the new year.

How to Work with the Rhythm

Mon–Wed: Ground with Taurus. Slow your breath, cook something simple, steady your pace.
Wed–Fri: Move with Gemini. Stretch, walk, let curiosity move energy that feels stuck.
Fri–Sun: Soften into Cancer. Rest, nurture, and let emotion become guidance.

Phase Note: The week begins in Waxing Gibbous and crescendos with the Full Moon in Cancer (Sat). Energy builds and releases; the air crackles with renewal. These are nights of insight and emotion — allow the body to translate what the soul is sensing.

Remember: Each ache, sigh, and shimmer of feeling is part of the ancient rhythm your ancestors once tracked under these same winter skies, while the Wild Hunt rode through the dark.
