You’ve got your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each color, each note, becomes a breadcrumb leading you back to your body’s rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is a reflection of what already lives in you.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker where you’ll see it daily.

  2. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon—your weekly guide to the Moon’s shifts and body signals.

  3. Spend 2 minutes a day noticing sensations, moods, and energy.

  4. Mark your square (Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh) and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, your tracker begins to reveal a pattern:

  • Times when your body feels most creative or social

  • Times when your energy leans toward quiet or rest

  • The way emotions move in rhythm with the Moon

Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this tool helps you see it.

This Week’s Body Compass

Sagittarius → Capricorn → Aquarius → Pisces
New Moon through Waxing Crescent • Winter Solstice Season

The Earth has reached the top of her breath - the Solstice pause, when the inhale completes and stillness gathers before the long exhale begins. Light stands still, seeds rest in the dark, and the body listens.

Each moon this week moves through a gate of becoming - from the spark of Sagittarius to the structure of Capricorn, the clarity of Aquarius, and the dreaming waters of Pisces.

Fri (Dec 19) – Sat (Dec 20)Sagittarius → Capricorn New Moon & Solstice
The New Moon in Sagittarius opens the window of vision - a quiet flame glimmering in the longest night. When the Moon shifts into Capricorn, that vision anchors into the body. The Solstice is the pause at the top of the inhale, the moment the Earth holds her breath - gathering light, gathering strength for the long release ahead.

Body Compass:

  • Hips + thighs: stretching, yearning toward motion

  • Knees + bones: steadying, aligning, bearing the weight of renewal

  • Skin: sensitive, cool, aware of the shift in light

Mon (Dec 22)Aquarius Moon
Aquarius hums through the system like electricity under frost. The body feels both awake and uncertain - energy rising without direction yet. Let ideas come and go like winter wind; insight gathers best in stillness.

Body Compass:

  • Ankles + calves: twitching, pulsing, alive

  • Nervous system: alert, sparking

  • Breath: cool, quickening, fluttering at the edges of change

Wed (Dec 24 – Sat Dec 27)Pisces Moon (Waxing Crescent)
Pisces softens what Capricorn structured. Boundaries blur, the world grows luminous, and emotion returns like tidewater over sand. The Moon carries the Solstice spark into dreaming - what was held in stillness now begins to imagine its next form.

Body Compass:

  • Feet: tender, tingling, grounding through warmth

  • Eyes: moist, receptive, seeing beyond form

  • Breath: deep, tidal, carrying quiet release

How to Work with the Rhythm

Fri–Sun: Let Sagittarius open the horizon, then let Capricorn’s bones anchor what you see. Rest at the Solstice pause - let stillness become prayer.
Mon–Tue: Feel Aquarius’ bright stirrings without rushing to act. Inspiration belongs to the pause too.
Wed–Sat: Dream with Pisces. The new light is young - let it unfold softly.

Phase Note:
The New Moon becomes a Waxing Crescent through this week. Energy is just beginning to rise, but the rhythm is still inward. Listen. Wait. Let clarity come through quiet rather than effort.

Remember:
The Solstice is the pause at the top of the inhale - the moment before release, when light gathers its next expression. Let your body mirror that cosmic stillness. Each pulse, ache, and breath this week is part of the world’s renewal through you.
