Your Cycle Tracker: Pisces → Aries
You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.
Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.
How to Use It
Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.
Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.
Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.
Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.
Why It Matters
Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:
When your energy moves toward creativity or connection
When it pulls toward quiet and restoration
How your emotional tides move with the Moon's
Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.
This Week’s Body Compass
Week of March 23–29, 2026
Waxing Crescent Gemini → First Quarter Cancer → Waxing Gibbous Leo
The equinox has crossed. The threshold is behind you now, and the light continues to grow.
This week, the Moon moves through its waxing phases—from Gemini’s crescent brightness, through the First Quarter’s moment of reckoning in Cancer, and into Leo’s building warmth by Friday. The direction of the cycle is outward. The Living Spirit that gathered toward its peak last week is now beginning to find form.
For many, last week was a lot. The Pisces New Moon and the Vernal Equinox arriving within days of each other stirred something deep—grief, heat, a tenderness that didn’t quite have a name. If you are still feeling the residue of that, it belongs to you. This week begins to move it through.
The world is carrying a weight that many sensitive bodies are feeling right now. What moves through you in response to that—the sorrow, the outrage, the impulse to go numb—is information. This week’s energy supports bringing it into motion rather than holding it still.
Mon–Tue (Mar 23–24) — Waxing Crescent, Gemini
Shoulders, arms, hands | Breath
Gemini opens the week with a lighter, more connective quality after the depth of last week’s threshold. The waxing crescent is the Moon’s first breath outward—tentative still, but moving. Shoulders, arms, and hands are the body areas here, along with breath itself.
Gemini’s medicine is the bridge between inner and outer—right relationship between what you sense inside and what you bring into the world. After the dissolution of Pisces and the ignition of the Equinox, the body may be ready to begin making connections again. What wants to be spoken? What wants to be written, shared, reached toward?
This is also a good time to notice how you are breathing. Gemini rules the lungs. Short, held breath is a sign the nervous system is still bracing. Longer, fuller breath is the body beginning to trust the ground again.
Body Compass:
Shoulders: releasing, reorganizing, ready to carry something lighter
Arms/hands: wanting to reach, make, connect
Breath: short and held, or beginning to lengthen and open
Let your hands do something purposeful and simple. Write, tend the garden, cook slowly. The body digests experience through the hands.
Wed (Mar 25) — First Quarter Moon, Cancer
Chest, stomach, lymph | The heart’s reckoning
The First Quarter is the moment of commitment—or the moment of friction. What was seeded at the New Moon meets the first real resistance of the cycle. Something asks: are you still moving toward this? The body often feels this as tension, a sense of being pulled in two directions, a decision that wants to be made.
Cancer brings this into the chest, stomach, and lymphatic system. Belonging, home, what you need in order to feel safe enough to keep going. The Cancer First Quarter asks: what am I actually tending? What is nourishing me, and what is quietly draining me?
With the collective weight many are carrying right now, Cancer’s medicine is particularly important this week. The impulse to absorb everything, to hold everyone, to keep feeling it all without relief—this is a sign the hearth needs tending. You cannot give from a cold hearth.
Body Compass:
Chest: tight, tender, or opening toward something
Stomach: holding or releasing, asking for gentleness
Lymph: sluggish, or moving with gentle encouragement
A suggestion: let something nourish you today. Not as a reward, not as productivity—just because the hearth needs tending. Warm food, warm water, the company of someone safe.
Thu–Sun (Mar 26–29) — Waxing Gibbous, Leo
Heart, upper back, between the shoulder blades | The Shen beginning to shine
Leo arrives in the waxing gibbous—the Moon building toward fullness, the light gathering. The heart, upper back, and the space between the shoulder blades are the body areas here. In the Five Spirits framework, the Creative Spirit—the spirit that carries our truest expression—begins pressing toward visibility now.
This is the week after Easter in the Christian calendar, the week after the Equinox in the Earth calendar. Both traditions mark a return from darkness into life. The body feels this as a building warmth—a readiness, not yet full but unmistakably moving in that direction.
If you notice an ache between the shoulder blades this week, pay attention. That is the Creative Spirit pressing toward expression through the Living Spirit—the heart’s desire trying to find its form. It is not a problem to fix. It is a signal to receive.
Leo’s medicine is warmth that leads. Not performance, not visibility for its own sake—but the genuine radiance that arises when the heart has something true to offer. What is yours to bring, this growing season?
Body Compass:
Heart: warming, building, beginning to feel its own direction
Upper back: bracing or opening, depending on how much you’re holding
Between shoulder blades: aching, releasing, or quietly alive
Let yourself be seen by someone who knows you. Even briefly. The Creative Spirit needs a witness to come fully forward.
How to Work with the Rhythm
Early week: Let the connections form naturally. Gemini supports reaching out, writing, speaking what has been held. Keep breath long.
Wednesday: Notice what the First Quarter is asking you to commit to—or release. Tend the hearth before you tend anything else.
Thursday onward: Let the warmth build. The Leo waxing gibbous is gathering toward something. You don’t have to push it. You only have to stay present with what is wanting to come forward.
This is the week the Living Spirit begins finding its channel after the threshold. Let it move through your hands, your heart, your breath. The ground is under you. The light is growing.
