Your Cycle Tracker: Virgo → Libra

You’ve got your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each color, each note, becomes a breadcrumb leading you back to your body’s rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is a reflection of what already lives in you.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker where you’ll see it daily.

  2. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon—your weekly guide to the Moon’s shifts and body signals.

  3. Spend 2 minutes a day noticing sensations, moods, and energy.

  4. Mark your square (Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh) and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, your tracker begins to reveal a pattern:

  • Times when your body feels most creative or social

  • Times when your energy leans toward quiet or rest

  • The way emotions move in rhythm with the Moon

Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this tool helps you see it.

🧭 This Week’s Body Compass

Cancer → Leo → Virgo → Eclipse
Each Moon phase leaves tide-lines in the body: breath that deepens, muscles that soften, moods that swell.

Mon–Wed (Sept 15–17) — Cancer Moon
Cancer pulls you inward, tender and tidal. The chest softens or constricts, the eyes moisten easily, and the breath rises and falls like waves.

  • Chest: swelling, protective, or tight

  • Eyes: moist, blurred, tearful

  • Breath: caught in the throat or slow and deep

Wed morning–Fri (Sept 17–19) — Leo Moon
Leo flares in the heart, asking you to step forward with warmth. Shoulders roll back, the chest opens like a sunflower, and the skin buzzes with radiance.

  • Heart: quickened, spacious, or tender

  • Shoulders: rolling back, opening

  • Skin: buzzing, flushed, alive

Fri–Sun (Sept 19–21) — Virgo Moon → New Moon + Solar Eclipse (Sun, Sept 21)
Virgo slows the fire, calling you to ground. The belly is the seat of this sign—digesting, integrating, holding what nourishes, and composting what does not. The New Moon and Solar Eclipse here invite you not to push, but to allow the Soul Star Seed to germinate.

  • Belly: tight or soft, fluttering or grounded

  • Hands: steady, tending, arranging

  • Breath: sinking lower, anchoring

How to Work with the Rhythm

  • Mon–Wed: Let Cancer’s waters carry you inward. Feel, rest, nourish.

  • Wed–Fri: Ride Leo’s fire. Create, connect, let your chest open to light.

  • Fri–Sun: Ground in Virgo. Clear, simplify, tend.

  • Sunday’s Eclipse New Moon: Don’t push. Allow. Let the seed within germinate quietly

Remember: Reflection is medicine. Each time you notice how your breath shifts or your belly softens, you are cultivating the conditions for healing and growth. What you track is not random—it’s the rhythm your ancestors once carried, and it lives in you still.
