I show people how to live a balanced, attuned and vibrant life without retraumatizing themselves, bypassing their body signals, or dismissing their spirit. I teach and support people to create the conditions for healing to happen.

I specialize in working with spiritually-oriented people who want to access their innate healing power, express their unique brilliance, and are longing to be led through life by their own True Nature – without getting diverted and demoralized by late-stage racialized capitalism or the New Age BS it has produced.

In 1997, I experienced a miraculous healing and needed to know–was it just me, or was this accessible to everyone? I began searching for an answer and along the way learned that the way we live today, imprisoned inside a structure of false beliefs about the world and ourselves, is the main reason we cannot heal quickly and easily as is actually the natural order.

For more than a decade I guided and mentored people to heal themselves, then in 2006 I experienced a radical spiritual awakening that explosively shattered the remaining bits of my identity and in the process unleashed a wild energy in my body that had no well-formed pathways to follow. I was having the most intense mystical experiences and at the same time my body was suffering. I worked with masters of energy healing, mentored with wisdom-keepers, and learned what being grounded truly means.

Then in 2012 I left my chosen home country to return to the land of my birth and quickly became very ill. Nerve, muscle and joint pain and weakness, migraines, fatigue, insomnia, confusion, memory loss, fogginess, and sudden allergies to my favorite foods that sent me to the ER. I had to put into practice everything I had learned about healing and being human.

Going through the process of coming back to myself and healing deepened my understanding of what I’d been teaching for so many years. I know how it feels to doubt whether the practices are working…and I know that with consistency they do.

I show you how to access, harness, and bring into expression your True Nature–your innate healing ability, your deepest wisdom, your vision, and your momentum.

I do that by guiding you to create a solid and stable inner foundation that is strong enough to hold your growing light. I have developed a process built upon ancient wisdom & rituals and modern, evidence-based data & techniques that gives you what you need to develop embodied spiritual practices that are grounding, liberating, healing and deeply personal to you.

I also hold space and give counsel for the inevitable dissonance, internal conflict and hidden trauma that arise when we start to heal and live an authentic embodied life. That way you don’t blame yourself for something that’s a collective experience, you get un-stuck with more ease, move through it with grace, and you rise to embrace, embody and express your Sacred Purpose.

26+ Years of Facilitating Healing

Ro guides people into their bodies and shows them how to tap into their own power to heal. She has been teaching people how to heal themselves since 1997. Those who have tried everything else are the ones who find their way to Ro—people with debilitating, chronic, invisible illness or various advanced stages of cancer. Using the practices and perspective she shares, thousands of people around the world for whom other forms of medicine haven’t been enough—have finally come to full health and begun living their lives’s purpose.

Extensive Training in the Healing Arts

After her miracle healing took place Ro went in search of answers to understand what had happened—and with that her studies and training began—and continue to this day. Her studies have included naturopathy, anatomy & physiology, somatic psychotherapy, trauma therapy, energy medicine, herbal medicine, qi gong, and more. She has trained and served as both a birth and death doula.

She has worked directly with several world-renown teachers and mentors of healing including Peruvian Curandero and Ayahuaquero Don Agustín Rivas Vasquez and Don Viejo Agustín Rivas, Brazilian healer Rubens Faria, Russian mystics of the Petrov Institute in Moscow, Kumu Allen Alapai of Kauai, German spiritualist mediums Doris Forster and Edmund Hoffman, various wisdom keepers of Indigenous european ancestry and Taoist Scholar and Teacher of QiGong, Michael Winn.

Ro also has certificates in reiki (Reiki Master 1996), biodynamic psychotherapy and massage est. by Gerda Boyesen, Watsu, QiGong, Family Constellation Therapy and classical herbalism.

Decades of Teaching
Self-Healing

Ro’s healing and teaching career has brought together the tangible, physical world and the realms of spirit and energy and has focused on guiding others into an integrated experience and awareness. She has taught courses in self-healing, Qigong, intuition & sensitivities (including the clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient gifts), plant spirit herbalism, and Family Constellation Therapy.

Ro also was a resident teacher at the Seminarzentrum Sonnenstrahl for 15 years and founded the Wild Weeds Institute in Kisslegg, Germany, which trained individuals in the medicine, fundamentals and inner knowledge of the European Wise Woman Tradition
