What's made you feel like an outsider is exactly what the world needs now.
WELCOME TO THE PATH OF BECOMING
Ancestral European practice for the deeply attuned.
You can read a room before you enter it, feel what others miss, and have spent a lifetime being told that's a problem to manage. It was never a problem. It's how you're built. This is where you learn to embody it.
This free short sensory ritual that gives your nervous system the one signal it hasn't gotten in years: you can stop bracing now. No preparations or performance. Just ten minutes a day.
Come Home to Your Body
You were built for Thresholds and for these times.
For most of your life, the thing you do best has gone by other names: too sensitive, too much, too intense. You learned to turn it down, second-guess it, or keep it for the people who wouldn't make it mean something about you.
But notice what's true: people find their way to you. Not because you advertised or claimed the role — because something in you sees clearly, names what others can't, and holds what would tip most people over. You've been doing real work in small rooms for years.
Here is what the Path of Becoming keeps showing, turn after turn:
Your perception was never the problem. It was the unclaimed thing. What you call "too much" is capacity that has never had the ground to stand on.
You've tried to build that ground the way you were taught: better boundaries, cleaner routines, one more modality, one more supplement. Some part of you already suspects those were never the real answer. And they weren't. Capacity isn't something you discipline into yourself. Capacity becomes available when you're actually rooted — in your body, in lineage, in a living web of relationship. You were never meant to carry the weight by yourself.
That's the work here. Not fixing what's wrong with you. Finishing what's already true.
Beneath the noise of a fragmenting world, an older rhythm has never stopped.
It's the pulse of land and lineage, the current that carried every one of us here, and is still running under your feet whether or not you can feel it today.
You are never only yourself. Your body is a meeting place: the ground that holds you, the lives that breathed before you, and the presence still moving through you now. To attune is to feel that hum again — the breath of your ancestors in your lungs, the quiet fact that you are a living system woven into creation, not a project to be optimized outside of it.
The overculture teaches you to treat yourself and the people you work with as problems to solve. Symptoms to track, patterns to fix. This path teaches the opposite: you are already whole, already in relationship with everything around you, already moving through something real.
And when you stop managing yourself and start belonging again, something new becomes possible. Not only return. Becoming.
The Path of Becoming
It isn't a ladder. There's nowhere to ascend to, no more-evolved version of you waiting at the top, no level where you finally arrive.
It's a spiral. It moves the way the seasons move, the way the moon and the sun and the earth move. Each turn brings you back to the same ground a little deeper — so you grow without leaving yourself behind.
This is the cosmology underneath everything I teach: a living practice of attuning and becoming, where body, spirit, and the living world come back into conversation. What you once tried to fix becomes the thing that teaches you to belong.
There is a path. And it doesn’t climb.
The Path begins here.

THE FOUNDATION: Rewild Yourself
This is where the path begins, and where everything else becomes possible.
A 12-week course that grows your capacity to feel and sense deeply — your own emotions, other people's, your clairsensory experience — without being flooded by it. This is the ground the rest of the work stands on: a nervous system that can hold what you perceive, vitality that returns, and your sensitivity reclaimed as design rather than defect.

THE 4 SEASONS OF THE PATH
The Path of Becoming moves through the wheel of the year. Each season opens a different gate — and the season you're in is always the right one to start.
Rewild Yourself builds the ground. The seasonal immersions deepen it into the living teachings of each turning: land, lineage, ancestors, creation, and the art of living in rhythm with the world. Begin with Rewild Yourself, or enter through the season you're standing in.

Meet Your Teacher
Ro Marlen
I’ve lived between worlds my whole life.
Not because I chose it…but because I was born this way.
I know what it’s like to be called too sensitive.
To live with mystery illnesses no one can name.
To carry grief that doesn’t seem to belong to you…but won’t let go.
To keep shrinking into spaces that were never built for you.
I know what it’s like to break open without a map.
To have a spiritual awakening that feels exactly like falling apart.
I spent my childhood talking to ants, trees, and the dead. In my late twenties, after a near-fatal car crash, the crushed bones in my hand healed overnight.
It was beautiful, and it was awful.
I spent the next decade learning why and how that happened, and the twenty years since sharing what I found.
I have studied with European wisdom keepers, indigenous healers, and teachers across cultures, and trauma practitioners whose work is grounded in the body. Most of what I know came from my own body, my ancestors, the Land, and thirty years of sitting with people in the work (seeing what holds and what doesn't).
This sensitivity is not a defect. It is sacred design, and we were made this way for a reason.
I live here too. And I know what edge-walkers are capable of when they find their ground.
Words from Students

 Ro is a true teacher.
She transforms with her Presence, even more than her words. I feel utterly blessed to have her gentle guidance in my life, helping deepen my own process of Embodiment.
— Amy-Beth F.

Ro is the mentor’s mentor.
I am an intuition mentor; training teachers, leaders, and healers since 1990. I am in awe at the impact of Ro’s wisdom, insights, and practices in my life. I recognize a true freedom arising from inside my body that I’ve never experienced before. I feel deeply blessed to have her in my life.

Everyone needs what Ro teaches.
If there’s a healing path out there, I’ve probably tried it. Ro’s mentorship was the first thing that truly shifted me, though I didn’t recognize its potency at first. Her simple daily practices gave me peace, boundaries, and deeper intimacy with myself.
— Karna N.

Ro helped me belong to myself again.
Rewild Yourself was the first space where my sensitivity felt like a gift, not a problem to fix. The simple practices are now a part of my daily routine.
— Kendra S.

What Ro teaches is simple but revolutionary.
Her medicine absolutely works – including when nothing else has. What I’ve learned from her has not only restored my health but rearranged my life from the inside-out so that every day I become more fully and powerfully who I really am.
— Kai M.

For many years, I searched...
I searched through different courses, books, and therapies about trauma healing, looking for ways to take care of myself after my dysfunctional upbringing. Ro has distilled and applied the most truthful and effective parts of these offerings, as well as wisdom from Indigenous traditions, and refined it into a practical, down-to-earth, and deeply healing process.
— Pauline S.
You've felt it your whole life – that there's another way to live.
Closer to the bone. More real than what you were handed.
That feeling isn't confusion. It's orientation.
The parts of you the world couldn't place are exactly the ones it needs most now. This path was built for them.
You don't need to be ready. You only need to be willing.
