Prepare a warm drink and then prepare your space by lighting a candle. You can of course create a simple altar that you tend and visit every day for this practice.
I invite you to also have at least one more external resource for comfort such as an anchor object ( though you can use the candle for this as well) and/or a blanket/scarf/shawl.
Then take your place at your candle with your warm drink and play the audio recording.
