Your Cycle Tracker: Aries →Taurus
You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.
Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.
How to Use It
Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.
Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.
Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.
Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.
Why It Matters
Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:
When your energy moves toward creativity or connection
When it pulls toward quiet and restoration
How your emotional tides move with the Moon's
Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.
This Week’s Body Compass
Week of May 4–10, 2026
Sagittarius · Capricorn · Aquarius Waning Gibbous · Last Quarter
We are in the month of joy (called the Wonnemonat in German), the Land still bright with Beltane fire, your pericardium stretching wide open, your Heart Fire wanting to lead. And underneath that opening, something your body knows even when your mind has not named it yet: the world is moving faster than most of us can metabolize right now.
That gap... between how fast things are moving and how much ground we actually have to stand on... is what your system is working with this week. The moon is moving through the releasing half of its cycle through three very different territories. Each one is asking for something specific. Each one is also giving you something.
This is the week to let the moon do the medicine.
Mon May 4 ... Sagittarius Moon, Waning Gibbous
Body area: Your sacrum and thighs
Spirit: The Flame of Truth ... Viriditas, the greening fire
The Sagittarius moon lights your sacrum and thighs, the places where your body stores forward momentum. You may feel restlessness here, or an ache that does not quite know what it wants. That is the Flame of Truth doing what it always does: pressing toward the horizon, even when the path is not clear yet.
The waning gibbous is the phase of integration. What arrived at the Scorpio Full Moon (and Scorpio brought it up hard, composting and illuminating in equal measure) is still settling into your bones. Let it settle. The fire in your sacrum is asking you to feel where your truth actually lives.
Compass:
Sacrum: tight, warm, or asking to be touched
Thighs: restless, carrying unspent energy, or softening
Breath: catching in your chest, or opening when you exhale long
Put your hands on your sacrum. Breathe down into that warmth. Let the question be: what in me is true right now, even if I do not know what to do with it yet?
Tue May 5 ... Capricorn Moon, Waning Gibbous
Body area: Your knees, skin, bones
Spirit: Architect of the Soul ... inner structure, ancestral devotion
The moon moves into Capricorn, and your body shifts register. Your sacrum and thighs give way to your knees and bones, the deep structure, the inheritance, the slow architecture underneath everything you do. Capricorn is the Architect of the Soul, and right now it is asking: what are you actually built on?
When the world feels unstable, Capricorn brings you into contact with what does not move... your bones, your ancestral lineage, the devotion that has always lived beneath ambition and effort. Your ancestors knew how to hold steady in uncertain times. That knowing lives in your body. It is available to you now.
The waning gibbous asks for release through structure: simplify one thing today. One practice, one routine, one quiet act of devotion to your own foundation.
Compass:
Knees: stiff, strong, or asking for care
Bones: heavy, steady, or vibrating with something old
Skin: sensitive, asking for warmth, or quietly alive
What would it mean to build something slowly today? Not to have it done... to build it. What one thing could your hands do that your bones already know how to do?
Wed–Thu May 6–7 ... Capricorn Moon, Waning Gibbous
Body area: Your knees, skin, bones (continuing)
Capricorn continues, and so does the invitation to ground into structure rather than scramble against uncertainty. The waning gibbous is a harvesting energy. What has the lunar cycle shown you about where you are strong? What wisdom has moved through you this month that deserves to be tended, not rushed past?
There is a particular medicine in these two days for anyone who has been feeling the pull between purpose and survival... one part of you sensing your calling, another part tightening around what feels unstable. Capricorn holds both in your bones, steadily, until clarity can emerge from the ground up.
Compass:
Knees: bending, supporting, or asking for rest
Spine: long and steady, or bracing, or quietly lengthening when you breathe
Hands: wanting to make something, touch something, tend something
What simple structure in your day is actually holding you right now? Name it. Let yourself feel the ground that structure provides.
Fri May 8 ... Aquarius Moon arrives
Body area: Your lower legs, ankles
Spirit: Keeper of the Waters ... the Soul Vessel, love in flow
The moon moves into Aquarius and the field opens again. Your lower legs and ankles come into awareness, the part of your body that knows how to carry what you have been given into the world. Aquarius is the Keeper of the Waters, the Soul Vessel: love tended becomes medicine that flows.
You may feel a sudden clarity here, or a loosening. Capricorn asked you to build. Aquarius asks: for whom? The vision pressing from beneath the surface of this releasing cycle wants to find its direction now. Your lower legs and ankles support you in moving toward what you love.
Compass:
Lower legs: buzzing, light, or asking to move
Ankles: flexible, or tight, or quietly steadying
Breath: widening in your chest, wanting to reach outward
Where does your love want to move right now? Let your lower legs feel the ground beneath them and ask: which direction is calling?
Sat–Sun May 9–10 ... Aquarius Moon, Last Quarter
Body area: Your lower legs, ankles ... Last Quarter activation
Phase teaching: Recalibration. What has been growing meets reality.
The Last Quarter is the recalibration point of the lunar cycle, the moment when what you have been building meets the question of what it is actually for. In Aquarius, this can feel like a loosening of urgency, a wider view, a sense that what you have been carrying is part of a larger pattern than the one you have been tracking.
Aquarius is doing what the Keeper of the Waters always does: holding the long view so your individual current can find the river it belongs to. We are in a longer Fire arc (a 20-year Fire phase that began two years ago, with this year and next intensifying it). Your system is registering that. Fire illuminates. It also reduces the buffering that used to let you numb out... and the Last Quarter in Aquarius gives you permission to step back and see the shape of what is actually being revealed.
What have you learned this cycle about your own capacity? What does your nervous system actually need... not what wellness culture prescribes, but what you, specifically, have discovered? That answer is your medicine. It is likely medicine others need too.
Compass:
Lower legs: ready to move, or finally resting
Ankles: flexible, finding their footing
Whole body: integrating, quietly reorganizing around what matters
What do you know now that you did not know at the Full Moon two weeks ago? Let that knowing be the seed you carry into the New Moon.
How to Work with the Rhythm This Week
The early week (Monday through Thursday) is for turning inward and building from your bones. Sagittarius asks what is true; Capricorn asks what is solid. These are waning days, and they reward simplicity, devotion, and the kind of steady tending that does not make noise. If your body is tired, that tiredness is information.
The shift happens on Friday when Aquarius arrives and the Last Quarter opens. The second half of the week has a different quality: more spacious, more oriented toward the world. What you tended in the early days wants to become useful now. Let your gifts move.
Use your Cycle Tracker this week to mark not just how you feel but what strength arose. Releasing cycles reveal what you are actually made of.
