Your Cycle Tracker: Aries →Taurus
You have your tracker. Let it breathe with you now.
Each mark you make is a breadcrumb — a small, honest record of what your body was doing while the Moon was doing what it does. Over time, those marks begin to speak.
How to Use It
Print or save your tracker somewhere you'll actually see it each day.
Every Monday, open Attune to the Moon — your weekly guide to the Moon's shifts and what they may be stirring in your body.
Take two minutes a day to notice. Sensation, mood, energy. Nothing needs to be analyzed — just felt and marked.
Choose your square: Yay, Okay, Meh, or Ugh. Add a word if something wants to be named.
Why It Matters
Within a few months, a pattern begins to emerge, one your body has been living all along:
When your energy moves toward creativity or connection
When it pulls toward quiet and restoration
How your emotional tides move with the Moon's
Your body has always been keeping this record. This tool just helps you read it.
This Week’s Body Compass
April 13–19, 2026 · Pisces Last Quarter → Aries New Moon
The week begins in the dark of a Pisces’ last quarter — feet soft on the threshold, the moon releasing. By Friday, the New Moon in Aries arrives, and the dark becomes a different kind of dark: the charged, pre-ignition stillness before the first flame.
This is a week that moves through worlds. Dissolution first. Then the spark.
The world is loud right now. Many of us have been metabolizing waves of threat — real threat, arriving fast, receding, arriving again. The nervous system does not reset between waves the way we might hope. It carries the charge forward. If your body has felt braced, or strange, or like it cannot quite land — that is not a failing. That is a body doing its job in difficult conditions.
This week, the sky gives us a sequence worth working with: the Pisces moon invites permeability and release, the void between signs asks for stillness, and the Aries moon asks the mind to sharpen into a receiver. Let each phase do its work.
Monday, April 13 — Moon in Pisces · Last Quarter
Body area: Feet
Feet: heavy, tender, asking to be held. The last quarter moon is composting. What moved through this lunar cycle — all of it — is finishing its work now, and the feet, Pisces territory, carry the weight of that completion. They know something about how firmly you are standing in your own knowing.
The Dreamer governs this threshold. She dissolves what is no longer needed so that the seed can form. Let her.
Soak your feet tonight. Warm water, salt if you have it. Let your body tell you what it is putting down.
Tuesday, April 14 — Moon in Pisces · Waning Crescent
Body area: Feet
Feet: floating, seeking ground, soft at the edges. The crescent thins. This is the moon at her most inward — not gone yet, but receding, the outward pull quieting.
If you have been absorbing the collective charge — and most sensitive people have — the crescent Pisces moon is an invitation to let the boundary between yourself and all of it become more defined, not less. Your feet know the difference between your ground and someone else's.
Lie down. Feel the weight of your body against the earth. Let the pull of gravity be enough for now.
Wednesday, April 15 — Moon moves into Aries · Waning Crescent
Body area: Head, face, temples
Head: buzzing, scanning, searching for signal. The moon moves into Aries and the energy shifts — from dissolution into something more directed. The crescent is still thinning, still releasing, but now in fire. This can feel restless.
Aries lives in the head and face. The temples, the eyes, the flash of knowing that arrives before the mind forms a sentence. If you feel a pressure behind your eyes today, a tightening in the temples, that is the Living Spirit beginning to orient. It is not yet time to act on it.
Press your palms gently over your closed eyes. Hold for a breath. Let the darkness behind your eyes be enough for now.
Thursday, April 16 — Moon in Aries · Waning Crescent
Body area: Head, face, temples
Head: clearing, quickening, the mist beginning to lift. The crescent is very thin now — the moon nearly gone, the dark gathering. In Aries, this thin crescent can feel like the held breath before something cracks open.
I have been working with the practices I teach — starting small, moving toward larger sensations, returning to something pleasant before turning back to what is difficult. Titration and pendulation, the basis for the more advanced Taoist Fusion practices. Not because it is easy right now, but because it is how I stay present without going numb. Small amounts. Return. Again.
If you feel the impulse to act, to plan, to decide — let it be noted but not yet answered. The signal is forming. It does not need a response tonight.
What small pleasure can your body find right now? A warmth, a texture, a sound. Feel it fully before you return to anything harder.
Friday, April 17 — New Moon in Aries · 7:51 EDT Moon moves into Taurus afternoon
Body area: Head and face into Neck and throat
Head: cracked open, suddenly clear, reverberating. The New Moon arrives at 13:51 Berlin time — the Sun and Moon conjoin in Aries, and the Soul Star Seed of the Flame germinates. This is what was planted in the 12 Nights of Winter on Night Four: Soul Inspiration, the first movement of the Living Spirit, before the mind has the whole map.
It speaks first through the head and face — that flash before the inner critic arrives. The yes or no felt in the temples, behind the eyes, moving down through the chest. This is your signal. This is the flame orienting before the plan forms.
Late afternoon, the moon moves into Taurus. The neck and throat come online. The voice that follows the vision.
The world has been loud. Your signal may have gotten buried under the noise. This moon offers a moment of clarity — a thinning of the mist — that will not last indefinitely. The question is whether there is enough ground beneath you to receive what comes through.
At the moment of the New Moon, or as close as you can come: sit. Let your hands rest on your thighs. Feel the weight of your body. And then listen — not for thoughts, but for the reverberation. What moves through your head and chest when the static quiets?
Saturday, April 18 — Moon in Taurus · Waxing Crescent
Body area: Neck, throat, lower jaw
Neck: held, or holding. Throat: wanting to speak, or still forming the words. The Voice of the Earth governs Taurus — she knows what is real, what endures, what the body has already decided. She does not rush.
The new crescent is forming. The seed that germinated yesterday is sending its first tendril. Taurus asks: What does your body actually want? Not what the noise suggests, not what the urgency demands — what does this particular body, on this particular piece of earth, want?
Beltane is two weeks away. The Heart is beginning to stir. The ground is being prepared.
Touch your throat gently — just the lightest contact. Feel it rise and fall with your breath. What wants to be spoken, but hasn't been yet?
Sunday, April 19 — Moon in Taurus moving toward Gemini late afternoon · Waxing Crescent
Body area: Neck and throat into the shoulders, arms, and hands
Throat: finding its tone. Shoulders: beginning to loosen. The crescent moon grows, and late Sunday, the moon moves toward Gemini — the shoulders, the arms, the hands that reach and connect and gesture. The body is coming back online after the dark of the week.
Let this be a gentle Sunday. The fire that was sparked on Friday does not need to be a bonfire yet. It needs tending, and tending begins with small, deliberate pleasures.
Let your hands do something today that brings you quiet delight — tending a plant, cooking slowly, writing longhand, touching something alive. The flame feeds on beauty as much as purpose.
How to Work with the Rhythm This Week
Early week (Monday–Tuesday) moves through the last of the Pisces waning phase — release, dissolution, feet on soft ground. Let what needs to compost, compost.
Midweek (Wednesday–Thursday), the moon enters Aries still thinning toward dark — restless but not yet ready. The head activates but the timing calls for stillness. Work with small sensations rather than large decisions.
Late week (Friday) the New Moon arrives and the week's whole arc completes — the dark opens into the first flame of Aries and then, by afternoon, the grounding presence of Taurus. Receive before you act.
Weekend (Saturday–Sunday) the crescent begins to grow in Taurus and gestures toward Gemini. The body is coming back online. Tend the spark with beauty and simple pleasure.
