Your Cycle Tracker: Aquarius→Pisces

You’ve got your Cycle Tracker. Now it begins to breathe with you.

Each color, each note, becomes a breadcrumb leading you back to your body’s rhythm with the Moon. What you mark on the page is a reflection of what already lives in you.

How to Use It

  1. Print or save your tracker where you’ll see it daily.

  2. Open your inbox on Mondays for Attune to the Moon—your weekly guide to the Moon’s shifts and body signals.

  3. Spend 2 minutes a day noticing sensations, moods, and energy.

  4. Mark your square (Yay, Okay, Meh, Ugh) and add a word if something stands out.

Why It Matters

Within a few months, your tracker begins to reveal a pattern:

  • Times when your body feels most creative or social

  • Times when your energy leans toward quiet or rest

  • The way emotions move in rhythm with the Moon

Your body is writing its own lunar map, and this tool helps you see it.

This Week’s Body Compass

Sagittarius → Capricorn → Aquarius
Waning Gibbous → Last Quarter → Waning Crescent

The Moon is moving through the releasing half of the cycle. Light is gradually diminishing, and your system may feel the pull toward simplification and integration. Waning phases help your body digest what has already happened rather than initiating something new. This is the part of the lunar month where meaning settles into the bones.

Mon–Tue (Mar 9–10) — Sagittarius Moon, Waning Gibbous

Sagittarius brings attention to the hips and thighs, the places that carry forward momentum. During the waning gibbous phase, this energy often shifts from outward movement toward reflection. You may feel a desire to stretch, walk, or seek perspective after the intensity of the previous weeks.

Body Compass:

Hips: tight, restless, or craving movement
Thighs: strong, tired, or ready to travel
Breath: fuller in the chest, expanding with movement

Let your body move enough to release pressure, but avoid pushing for answers too quickly.

Wed (Mar 11) — Last Quarter Moon

The Last Quarter is the moment of recalibration. What has been growing now meets reality and asks for adjustment. This phase can bring insight, tension, or the realization that something needs to be released.

Body Compass:

Head: busy with reflection or decision
Shoulders: carrying tension from unfinished loops
Breath: shallow at first, deepening when you pause

Your system may want quiet space to process what has been learned during this lunar cycle.

Thu–Fri (Mar 12–13) — Capricorn Moon

Capricorn draws attention into the bones, joints, and structural systems that support your life. You may feel the need to organize, simplify, or return to practical routines that bring steadiness.

Body Compass:

Knees: stiff, strong, or asking for care
Spine: upright, bracing, or lengthening
Bones: heavy, steady, seeking grounding

Structure helps here. Simple routines restore stability.

Sat–Sun (Mar 14–15) — Aquarius Moon

Aquarius opens the field again, bringing awareness into the lower legs and nervous system. After Capricorn’s density, this energy may feel lighter and more spacious. Thoughts can widen and new perspectives may arise.

Body Compass:

Calves: buzzing, twitching, or eager to move
Ankles: flexible or unstable
Nervous system: alert, spacious, or overstimulated

Give your system breathing room. Less input allows clarity to emerge.

How to Work with the Rhythm

Early week: Seek movement and perspective.
Midweek: Reflect on what needs adjusting.
Late week: Create simple structures that support you.
Weekend:
Step back and widen your view.

Waning Moon weeks help your system metabolize experience. Noticing how these shifts register in your body helps the cycle become visible over time.
