More Ground Beneath What You Already Do
This is for women who have been through the curriculum and are listening for the thing that's theirs to do.
You know what it feels like when the ground is under you, and what it costs when it isn't. The Deepening is what comes next: a year in the foundations themselves.
We go down for a reason. Ground is what lets something grow out of it. This year deepens what holds you, and in that deepening, what's yours to do tends to surface. It comes up the way things come up out of ground that's been well tended.
Ground grows, and so does how much you can hold. The first sign is often something that doesn't happen: something difficult moves in another person, and you don't collapse, fix, or perform. You stay.
This is indirect work, and it doesn't stay in the session or the circle. It comes through in how you meet the people who matter most to you, with more stability, more compassion, clearer direction.
Ground isn't only yours. A group tending it together over a year builds something none of you would build alone, and all of you get to stand on it. Conversation starts deep because nobody has to work up to it. And the women beside you will see what's changed in you before you do, because they were there when it hadn't.
What’s Included
Monthly 1:1 mentoring with Ro. To develop your skills as they relate to what's arising in your own life and cultivate an aligned future, as you meet life with an ever-deepening compassionate curiosity. You'll leave with a practice prescription: what's most supportive for you right now, revisited each month as you change.
Monthly Group Hot-Seat Sessions, 2 hours. To bring what's arising and put the practical work to use, with others doing the same.
Monthly Cosmology Video. To anchor the map you already have and take it further: a more precise read on your own energetic and spiritual makeup, so you can put your energy where it matters most.
Wheel of the Year Ritual Gathering, 8x per year, online. Not a class about ritual. We gather to ground in ritual through the turning year, and to embody place more deeply.
Courses, plus group integration sessions. This material gives more each time you meet it, and you won't be meeting it new. The integration sessions are your own room, where you bring your experience of the work and the questions that only arrive after you've lived it.
In-person Retreat, June 2027. The one time we're all in the same place, plus two additional in-person deepening days closed to this cohort. Location TBD. Lodging and food are not included.

What’s Next
The Deepening is a closed container for the year. We begin together in September 2026 and finish together in August 2027. The investment is $600/mo (11 payments) or a one-time payment of $6,600.
